5.0 out of 5 stars Trotz anfänglicher Zweifel ein klasse Buch - aber ACHTUNG es ist eben auch keine neue Zauberformel! (Despite Initial Doubts, a Great Book - but CAUTION, it's not a new magic formula!)

...However, after I finally bought the book, I was pleasantly surprised. I don't find the writing style as sensational as I suspected... I also find the approaches very interesting and the examples are very well chosen here. No eternally long stories where the dishwasher became a millionaire because he put on different underwear early on, but short, comprehensible and "life-like" examples of simple habits.

Ultimately, the whole book is about habits. It discusses how habits are formed, how we can get rid of bad habits and adopt good habits (can!). So I have already read some books on personal development and found this one really great. I especially like the short summary in bullet points at the end of each chapter. I also read these again and again in retrospect when I pick up the book :)

So, in my opinion, a good book. I hadn't had the topic of everyday habits, even the very small ones, on my radar like this before.

BUT of course you have to say, if you have already read 157 books on personal development, you will already know a lot here!!!! That is quite clear and I did not expect anything else. Of course, anyone who buys the book hoping to learn an absolute secret formula as one of the first people in the world will be disappointed :)

...but even just for that this book was worth it!!!
